MONTHLY STATISTICS - October 2007

Airline passenger traffic in October at Hector International Airport showed a decrease as compared to the same month in 2006.  In October 2007, the passenger enplanements were 23,779.  This is a decrease of 4.7% when compared to the October 2006 passenger enplanements of 24,490.  Total passenger count for the month was 47,205, which is down 5.2% over the same period last year.

In October 2007, Northwest Airlines operated eight daily flights to Minneapolis with Airbus A319/320, DC-9, CRJ900 and CRJ200 aircraft.  United Express operated four daily flights to Chicago and four daily flights to Denver with the Canadair CRJ200 and CRJ700.  Delta Connection operated one daily flights to Salt Lake City with the Canadair CRJ200 aircraft.  Allegiant Air operates two-weekly flights to Las Vegas utilizing the 150-seat McDonnell Douglas MD-83 aircraft.  Allegiant commences twice-weekly service to Phoenix/Mesa on November 15.

Northwest Airlines had 56% of the market share, United Express at 36% Delta Connection at 4% and Allegiant Air at 5% with a daily average of 1,523 passengers both arriving and departing.
