Northwest Airlines makes its electronic ticketing product more convenient for customers as it unveils two new Electronic Service Centers today at Hector International Airport in Fargo, ND.

These new service centers give Northwest E-Ticket customers the ability to obtain a boarding pass quickly, make flight or seat changes and obtain WorldPerks gold upgrades.

To access the new touch-screen system, passengers simply insert either their credit card used to purchase their electronic ticket or a WorldPerks Gold/Preferred card into the machine. If the credit card used to purchase their E-Ticket is not available, passengers may use any other major credit card plus their airline confirmation number. The system then automatically pulls up the customer's E-Ticket for that day's flight.

Northwest was the first major airline to use this new technology that combines a compact device with user-friendly screens and the latest features from the Internet.
