Hangar For Sale or Lease

The Municipal Airport Authority has an aircraft hangar for sale or lease.  The heated, precast concrete hangar is located at 1825 23rd Ave. No. (South General Aviation Area).  The hangar is approximately 12,480 sq. ft. in size (104' x 120').  The Airport Authority will consider an aviation-related use lease agreement for the hangar.  The Airport Authority will also consider an offer to purchase the hangar to accommodate an aviation-related business. The Municipal Airport Authority reserves to itself the right to determine the proposal in the best interest of the Municipal Airport Authority. This may include, but not be limited to, a consideration of monetary amount proposed, use proposed or any combination thereof.  The Municipal Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Proposals are due on or before noon on Friday April 18, 2003.

The Airport Authority will consider the proposals at the Airport Authority meeting scheduled for April 22, 2003. The meeting begins at 8:00AM. The meeting is held in the Airport Authority boardroom that is located on the 2^nd floor of the passenger terminal next to the gift shop.
