AUTOMATED FLIGHT INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM Sealed bids shall be received by the Municipal Airport Authority at the Executive Director's office, Hector International Airport, Fargo, North Dakota, until 11:00 a.m., October 7, 2002 and then opened and read for the furnishing of the following equipment: AUTOMATED FLIGHT INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM Specifications and any other information desired may be obtained from the Executive Director's office, Hector International Airport, Fargo, North Dakota. Each bid shall be accompanied by a SEPARATE ENVELOPE containing a bidders’ bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid payable to the Municipal Airport Authority. Bids must be plainly marked " FIDS." The bid security shall be retained until the contract has been awarded and executed. This bid security is a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract for the furnishing of the equipment. Bids should be submitted on forms furnished by the Municipal Airport Authority in accordance with specifications and conditions contained therein. The Municipal Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Shawn A.
