Hangar's For Sale or Lease

The Municipal Airport Authority has two hangars for sale or lease.  The heated, precast concrete hangars are located at 1748 and 1825 23rd Ave. No. (South General Aviation Area).  Each hangar is approximately 12,480 sq. ft. in size (104' x 120').  The Airport Authority will consider an aviation-related use lease agreement for each hangar.  The Airport Authority will also consider an offer to purchase each hangar to accommodate an aviation-related business.

Proposals are due on or before 3:00PM Friday December 20, 2002.

The Airport Authority will consider the proposals at the Airport Authority meeting scheduled for January 14, 2003. The meeting begins at 8:00AM. The meeting is held in the Airport Authority boardroom that is located on the 2^nd floor of the passenger terminal next to the gift shop.
