Car Rental Facility Opens for Service

Construction has been completed on a car rental facility at Hector International Airport. Announced last fall, the four car rental agencies Avis, Budget, Hertz and National combined their efforts and constructed a 7,400 sq. ft. facility located just west of the passenger terminal building

The new facility will enable the four companies to service their rental vehicles just adjacent the car rental ready lot. Previously, each company had separate service facilities at other locations around the airport and the vehicles had to be shuttled to/from these areas.

The facility has eight service bays, fueling facilities and a drive-thru car wash.
