Airline passenger traffic in December at Hector International Airport showed an increase as compared to the same month in 2001. In December 2002, the passenger enplanements were 21,497. This is an increase of 23.2% when compared to the December 2001 passenger enplanements of 17,447.
Total passenger count for the month was 43,082, which is up 22.1% over the same period last year.
