Airline passenger traffic in December at Hector International Airport showed a decrease as compared to the same month in 2006. In December 2007, the passenger enplanements were 24,827. This is a decrease of -2.7% when compared to the December 2006 passenger enplanements of 25,524. 2007 was the second busiest year in the airport’s history.
Allegiant Air (18,844 pax), United Express (98,618 pax) and Delta Connection (13,755 pax) all had record passenger enplanements.
Total passenger count for the month was 50,329, which is down -1.4% over the same period last year.
