Hector International Airport agrees to comply with all provisions prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color and national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No person shall, on the grounds of race, color or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity of the airport. This duty of nondiscrimination applies to all applicants, participants, beneficiaries, employees and other interested persons. It also applies to all tenants, contractors and concessionaires of the airport.
