Posted July 8, 2015

American Airlines customers who fly between Fargo and Dallas-Fort Worth August 5 – 17 will have additional nonstop flight options to choose from. The two-week promotion is offered in anticipation for end-of-summer trips before Labor Day and students heading back to school.

Jets currently depart Hector International Airport (FAR) at 6:58 a.m. daily, and return from Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW) each night 9:18 p.m. The limited-time schedule will add a daily flight leaving FAR at 3:15 p.m., as well as a daily flight leaving DFW for Fargo each day at noon.

“We are thrilled that American Airlines will provide added seasonal service through its Dallas-Fort Worth hub this August,” said Shawn Dobberstein, Fargo Municipal Airport Authority Executive Director. “These additional daily options bring even more travel options to our area business and leisure travelers.”

American began nonstop service between FAR and DFW in 2012. Regional flights are operated b as American Eagle, with a 50 seat Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft.

DFW is the largest of American’s five domestic hubs offering nearly 800 daily flights to nearly 200 destinations throughout Asia, Europe, North America and South America.
