About TSA PreCheck ®

Travelers eligible for TSA PreCheck® screening can leave their shoes, light outerwear and belt on when going through the security checkpoint. In dedicated TSA PreCheck® lanes, travelers can leave their laptops, electronics larger than a cell phone and travel-size liquids in their carry-on luggage during the security checkpoint screening process.

Children 12 and under may accompany an enrolled parent or guardian in the TSA PreCheck® lane without restriction. Children 13-17 may join enrolled adults in the dedicated lanes when traveling on the same reservation and if the TSA PreCheck® indicator appears on the child’s boarding pass. Children 17 and under who are traveling alone or without a TSA PreCheck® eligible adult must apply for TSA PreCheck® and have access to expedited screening.

TSA operates a dedicated TSA PreCheck® lane at Hector International and at more than 200 airports and with 85 participating airlines nationwide. Your enrollment lasts for five years.
